Individual coaching

How a conversation develops
The GROW structure provides a useful guide for the conversation:
- Goal. Agree what you want to work on and what would make the conversation useful.
- Reflection. Look at your situation, assumptions, strengths, and the perspectives you may have overlooked.
- Options. Explore possible responses and consider what each would involve.
- What Now. Choose an action, decide when to take it, and consider what support or follow-up would help.
Coaching skills for leaders
